Double bedroom in a three bedroom apartment the city centre; it has a balcony which opens onto an outside patio; well lit and ventilated. It is rented with bed linen and towels for two people. The room has a lock. Large kitchen-sitting room area; Kitchen fully furnished with microwave, large oven and hob and fridge-freezer; one bathroom with shower. It is on a third floor, real fourth, without elevator. It is near all main tourist attractions and amenities. Landlord admin fee: One hundred €; Out of Hours check in fee: sixty €. No bicycles and no parties allowed in the building. Fortnightly contract.

What we liked the most

  • The kitchen is fully equipped to cook, including an oven, stove and a microwave.
  • The spacious living area is a comfortable space to get to know your flatmates.
  • The apartment is in one of the best places to live in Barcelona
  • All bedrooms and the common living area have balconies.
