The owner offers a seasonal rental contract subject to the presentation of: 1) Official documents proving that the landlords have and will maintain their permanent residence outside of Catalonia. 2) Documents proving that their need for accommodation in Barcelona is temporary, e.g. study reasons or any other justified and documented reason. This is necessary to comply with the current laws in force in Catalonia for seasonal rentals. - The owner will ask guests to sign a seasonal rental contract that obliges them to comply with the rules of the community of neighbors and local regulations. The host will send guests a draft of such a contract for review. - Electricity, water and wifi, already connected, must be paid by the tenant according to their consumption. - The host will ask the guests for their identification document.
