We think that living by the beach is a wise choice. All you have to do is open those balcony doors and experience the sea breeze.

This is a 2nd floor, 2-bedroom apartment on Carrer Del Marquès De La Quadra, Barcelona. It's a great home. Seriously, it's well designed and thought out. Stylish interiors, comfortable furnishings and everything you need.

It is perfect for professionals. This prime location is great for commuting, seeing the city and socialising. Now you can really enjoy your time out of the office.

What we liked the most

  • Turning up that A/C in those warm summer days.
  • Cooking up a storm and hosting friends and guests in your living space.
  • Strolling down to the beach on weekends and evenings.
