The sleeping area is well laid out and has a bright double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and wardrobes, as well as a spacious private bathroom with shower. Next to this room is a separate multipurpose area with views of the street, ideal as a reading, work, or even play area. To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

- Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
- Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
- Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.
The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.
