This apartment, located on Mallorca Street in the heart of Eixample, stands out for its spaciousness, natural light, and functional layout. The living area consists of a large, light-filled living-dining room, thanks to its large windows with direct access to a balcony with open views of the city. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, television, and a separate dining area that allows you to enjoy meals in a quiet atmosphere away from the rest area.
The completely separate kitchen is equipped with a practical L-shaped counter and has ample storage space, ideal for those who enjoy cooking. Although separate, it maintains a visual connection with the rest of the space without losing functionality.
The sleeping area offers a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes, and a covered balcony integrated into the bedroom itself, from which you can enjoy views of the city. To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

Rules:
- Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
- Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
- Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.
The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.
