  • The apartment has all the essential elements to make you feel at home during your stay in Barcelona. It has 2 rooms that can accommodate up to 4 people.
  • Both bedrooms have lots of natural light and each has a double bed, as well as direct access to a small balcony.
  • The spacious living room also has a balcony, ideal for enjoying the sunny weather. This area is great for having meals with friends and family.
  • The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need for your cooking sessions. The apartment has a full bathroom equipped with a powerful shower.

Things to keep in mind

  • Check-in time is from 3pm (3pm), and the maximum check-out time is 11am (11am). Please note that for check-in later than 8pm (8pm), during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) or on a holiday, there will be an additional fee of €45.
  • Utility bills are included up to €150 per month. If invoices exceed this amount, it may be deducted from the deposit.
  • Code of conduct (the property reserves the right to take the required measures if the following rules are not respected):
  • Obligatory respect for neighbors
  • Pets are not allowed
  • It is extremely prohibited to organize parties and/or events
  • Guests are not accepted additional
  • Noise cannot be made from 10pm (10pm) until 8am (8am)
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
