Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months)

Located within a pleasant community, we find this modern and very cozy house of 35m2, where you can enjoy the social life provided by each of the corners and common spaces, without leaving aside your privacy.

Upon entering you are greeted by the living room with integrated kitchen, where the exposed brick and wooden beams, fill the room with warmth. The kitchen is fully equipped, with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook from the day of arrival.

The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom, closet and a bathroom with shower.  In addition, on the deck you will find the terrace area, where each cottage has its private space to enjoy evenings of snacking or just a day of disconnection. The community also has a common laundry area with dryer and washing machine. The apartment has a laundry area, and is equipped with air conditioning, heating and wifi.

The neighborhood: Magnificent area, belonging to the neighborhood of Gracia. Supplied with all kinds of stores and services, it also has excellent connection by public transport. Surrounded by green areas such as the famous and traditional Park Güell, the Guinardó Park, which is one of the largest in Barcelona, the Jardines del Doctor Pla i Armengol and the Parque de las Aguas, where you can enjoy the wonderful views offered by the viewpoints.   Less than 5 minutes away you will find: - Parks and Gardens: Park Güell, Jardines Menéndez y Pelayo, Plaza Lesseps. - Stores: Lesseps Market, La Sirena, Caprabo, Pharmacies, Greengrocers, Butcher's Shops - Educational centers: Turó del Cargol School, Rius i Taulet School, Escola Súnion, Roger de Llúria High School, Jaume Fuster Library - Medical services: Hospital de l'Esperança, Vall d 'Hebron, outpatient clinics, dentists. - In addition to banks, restaurants, hairdressers and other local stores in the neighborhood. The nearest metro stations are "Lesseps" (L3) and "Alfons X" (L4).

WHEN BOOKING, PLEASE SUBMIT THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION OF ALL TENANTS TO SPEED UP THE BOOKING PROCESS

FEES

  • Deposit: 2 months (due prior to check in).
    • Will be returned by bank transfer. If bank commissions are produced, they will be charged to the tenant.
  • Admin fee: 1 month + VAT
  • Wifi: Included
  • OTHER BILLS ARE NOT INCLUDED in the apartment rental and will be calculated based on standard reference values and the surface area of the home. The approximate minimum cost of consumption is as follows:
    • 1 bedroom apartment – €100/month*
    • 2 bedroom apartment – €150/month*
    • 3 bedroom apartment – €200/month*
    • 4+bedroom apartment €250/month*
    • *Ask the agent in each particular case.
    • This payment will have to be paid together with the monthly rent within the fifth day of each month.
  • TPT or Property Tax (calculated on the basis of the number of days of rental)

    • One day before your departure or the same day, the landlord will arrange a visit to inspect the apartment in the tenant's presence

RULES

  • As a general rule, pets are not allowed. In case of keeping pets without prior communication and subsequent approval of the property may result in the cancellation of the reservation and the loss of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento) is allowed for stays 3 months and up
  • The hours of rest must be respected. By signing the contract, you, the tenant, agree to behave responsibly and correctly on behalf of you and your companions.

The acceptance of the reservation is always subject to the acceptance of the profile by the landlord. The apartment is considered reserved after receiving the required documentation and payment (corresponding to a monthly rent).

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
